Squad Health Check Model

Henrik Kniberg and Kristian Lindwall published Spotify’s squad health check in 2014 under a Creative Commons license. Each card names one dimension of team health with an “awesome” and a “crappy” example, and the team votes on each with traffic-light colors. The model replaced a quarterly survey Spotify had used for its autonomous squads. It is the basis of our Team Health Check page, and we run it once or twice per challenge in the Reflect beat.
